Worst apartment I've ever lived in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The maintenance work is shotty and they leave their equipment behind in your apartment. We had to keep showering at a friends place because a new shower that we were told would only be a couple days took over a month. Our car was hit by the trash company and the trash company nor the office management would help take care of the issue. They forced residents to pay for parking months before they actually had the program up and running. The office staff is never helpful and they are never all on the same page. Most of the time they are rude and don't want to deal with our problems. They never get back to you about anything. After being told "I don't know" several times by the office we try to only deal with management and still we get nothing. The pools and laundry rooms are broke down and disgusting 80% of the time. I actually got sick from swimming in one of the pools. When it's nasty weather outside the buildings will just fall apart. Hopefully they will also fix the many potholes that are forming before someone pops a tire or gets hurt.
